The Rob Lowe Of Arm Real Estate

Think Rob Lowe in Masquerade...

If Rob Lowe had been a true prep and not just playing one to pull the wool over poor li'l Meg Twilley's rich prep eyes...

Annnd, if Rob Lowe had been the king of prepster arm real estate from Newport to Palm Beach...

Think aaall that, and you have Kiel James Patrick...

Designer of prep arm candy...

With an obvious eye for detail...

And, a rep for quality...

So, when Jessica at The Love List crafted the above Kiel's Essentials in her recent KJP post, I juuust knew Kiel's rec of Lotuff & Clegg for leather goods held promise. And finally...after a year of searching from here to Paris...

Searching from Orvis to Louis Vuitton...

Babe and I have fallen for a Lotuff & Clegg hand made computer briefcase. See, I knew I could count on a good craftsman to ferret out another...

Now I can turn my attention toward opening up some of that Hermès bangle arm real estate for my briefcase finder's fee...

Kindness of Kiel James Patrick for the fabulous Lotuff & Clegg rec. I've got Valentines in the bag annnd an excuse for my inaugural KJP purchase all thanks to your great taste. And, to Jessica at The Love List for generously allowing me to lift borrow from her post. Again...XXOO

  3. I think you placed the horsie one there just to tease me, but honestly, I do not know how to boat. Isn't KJP for boaters? My dad sails, I canoe.

  6. A good friend carries these bracelets in her shop in town. I haven't actually spotted any in the wild yet, I'll have to keep my eyes open.

  7. I immediately went to the KJP website and ordered a bracelet! I credited SIAV on the "how did you find us?" line, so maybe he'll give up a coupon code for readers in the future?
    Thanks for the tip!

  8. Let's give credit where credit is due, please! Wasn't The Daily Prep the one who first introduced this product to the prep blog-o-sphere, before Tide, before Jessica and before you?

  9. Katherine, Katherine, Katherine...If you were a regular reader of my blog you would know that my posts are laaaced with credit. Secondly, I gave a highlighted link back to Muffy cuz I used her as my "prepster" reference. I know Kiel and his product cuz we've been friends on FB for over a year and a half. Unfortunately, there's not enough time in my day to keep up with all the fabulous blogs in Bloggerville...XXOO

  11. " there's not enough time in my day to keep up with all the fabulous blogs in Bloggerville"

Well you damn well better keep up with mine 'cause if there's anyone who will steal ideas, pictures, credit and style and then swear he invented it...it's me it's me...it's ADG.

(why is my word verification this time...I kid you not...I'm looking right at it as I type this... "buttsalve" ?)

  14. Thanks for posting, the boy has a great eye full of whimsy.
About 2 months ago the Pr. firm for Lotuff & Clegg, contacted me about doing a review on one of the products. We could not come to a proper arrangement, I needed more than to just at take it out and "smell it". I needed to "kick the tires " as it were. $600.00 is a lot to spend on a untried product. So I will be interested in a review after it has been used for a while.

  15. If you haven't seen it in person, make sure you find out the weight. I am a teacher and a bag hoarder. Some of my leather bags are too heavy, although that does not stop me from using them if it looks sharp.(antidote is ibuprofen)
    Enjoy!

  17. If he lists Atlas Shrugs second only to the Bible, his offerings are a must have purchase(quaint though those notions may be in this "it's so cool to be a Marxist, you damned capitalist pigs!" day and age) Thanks, Allie.
