Pink Swap: Outgoing...

Kappa Prep recently organized her annual Pink Swap and yours truly was paired with the lovely KAG of Monograms and Martinis for the swapping of packages filled mostly of pink but, a li'l green allowed, items not to exceed a $30 budget cap...

Lolls and I were a smidge stressed by the time the last swap item for our outgoing package eventually arrived from The Cupcake Wrapper Co. in Australia a few days after the Swap's official deadline for mailing...

We had long been sitting on the AQUIS pink hair shammy...

The swanky Raval Page Flags (one for her, one pour moi) and the Himalayan Pink Salt, from my dear friend Ellen at Food Innovations, that puts the prep in our roasted broccoli...

The requisite Lilly item...

The luck would have it lone pair of pink Skullcandy Smokin' Buds found at Marshalls...

The since we had long passed the budget cap Citronella Asparagus candles we rescued on their way to the curb after my sister decided to purge my parent's beach house candle stash...

And, the MAC Pink Poodle Lipglass that was all the rage on the 2005 Spring runways, according to gospel Vogue, annnd a tube of Kiehl's Lip Balm #1 earned by being "green" and recycling my empties. A stretch but, we felt bad about our tardiness...

So, once the cupcake wrappers arrived we hurriedly assembled our outgoing package...

Making certain everything looked real purrrty for KAG...

Kindness of
Hopsy for organizing such a fun event and KAG for being so patient with our fashionable lateness. Hope you're enjoying all your pink and green goodies in Boston. Also, my mom, who is reading this post from Mexico and now mourning the loss of her asparagus candles. Genny did it...XXOO

  4. Looks like you put together a to-die-for swap bag. Someone is going to be very lucky! I think the pink salt is my favorite pick. Which reminds me that I need to track down some pink peppercorns asap!

  8. I included in my outgoing pink swap box the $8 pink ikat bowl from anthropologie that you posted about ages ago - perfect item for the swap. Thanks! I did have fun putting my pink swap together. Will you host a swap since you have so many followers? Have to ask! :)
