It has taken me a while to warm up to Georgetown but I've felt my heart thawing a little these past couple of weekends (finally, with pic enlargement capability...).
Blanket of crocus...
Forsythia bushes en mass...
...en mass...
Pink and green!
Sweeping up crabapple blossoms...
...that have showered down...
Just so striking...
...and majestic...
One of my favorite vistas...
Spring pansies...
Our view...
Maybe, just maybe, I may even grow to love our little neighborhood.
i love your neighborhood ~ and I am so glad to see that you are falling in love to ~ what with the shopping and the walking and all the preppies ~ i would think that you would love it more than anything!
i love you more than anything ~ thanks for another awesome post ~ and of the reminder that spring is truly here!
I am a tongue-in-cheek bon vivant living in Greenwich, CT with my globe trotting husband Babe and our nutty Himalayans, George and Lolly Rockefeller.
Rendezvous with me, an old school prep, as I juggle aspirations of being on the "Best Dressed Parisienne Gypset List", endless summering, Hermès wish lists, Diet Coke and pretzel lunches, white bikinis, PTH's, sisters, nieces, bff's, all things Lilly, Mrs. Roper and the resurrection of the Jacques Cohen espadrille.
