Followed by très early nights. Still recouperating and all my energy reserves are being sapped by my 11-6pm sun worshiping. Big plans to shake this lil piggy's lingering hold on the treadmill mañana...

I always seem to prepare myself for a few days on vacation to allow my body to relax and not try to pack too much in! So rest, relax and soak up all those vitamin packed rays!
