Begins With An "H", Ends With An "s"...

I wisely waited til after Babe booked our holiday trip to Paris before I broke out this post. The Hermes wish list du jour...

My razor sharp eye caught a glimpse of this beauty when the très fashionable Meg Carter pulled hers out to generously pay for drinks at the Palace last month. Those mice in my head were tripping over themselves in excitement to start the new file...

Of course, once the new "wallet" file was entered I felt obliged to expand my research to ensure I would be lusting after theee best possible option. The final decision will have to be made in person. In gay Pareee...

After two separate sold out disappointments with more modest leather bracelets, the Jumbo and the Pavone, I decided to quit tinkerin around. Sooo Collier de Chien 'tis and big dogs here I come...

What can I say? I can't slip in and out of Hermes this many times in a month and NOT instinctively ferret out another enamel bangle to lust over. I mean, when in Rome Paris and all...

Kindness of Babe for booking such a fancy shmancy trip for us. Little does he know that while he's been planning an itinerary filled with Versailles, the Louvre and a possible day trip to Brussels or Amsterdam, Amy and I have been plotting our siege of Hermes, inaugural pairs of Loubs and roast chicken at Le Grand Colbert. Pauvres Babe...XXOO

Just thinking of walking in H and sniffing the air makes me want to swoon. Who will care for Pilgie and Lolly while you are kicking up your heels in Paree?????

  8. I understand your love of Hermes. Really I do. Don't let the 'hillbilly debutante and I wear cowboy boots' thing fool you. I once owned a camel-colored Kelly bag. But alas that was before 'crazy psychotic woman' came along and I became a prisoner in my own home. Had to sell bag (for way less than it was worth, mind you) to pay legal fees. Anyway long story - no pun intended((sigh)) Those were the days. (Hermes - not the crazy lady thing).

  9. Husband promised me a Chanel the next time we visit Paris (we are planning already!), but I might have to change that to Hermés after this post! To die.

  11. Last time I was in Florence I snatched up 4 of these (beautifully made for about 150 euros each) - okay so they weren't the real thing and the store where I bought it did not start with an H or and with an S but I love them anyway!

  14. You can always remind Babe that at least you won't be spending like Kim Kardashian did this past weekend with her mother, in Paris. Supposedly, she spent $100K at Hermes alone!
